Thomond Park
MLC wish Munster Rugby all the best for the upcoming season after completing works on the new supporter’s club and ten-year tickets hospitality suite in time for their first game of the season.

Novostrat
We recently completed a €2.4 million refurbishment on the old Verbatim building in Raheen Limerick on behalf of Novostrat who had recently purchased the building. This 110,000 sq. foot building has been turned into a modern production facility complete with offices and welfare facilities
Teleflex, Annacotty
We recently completed works at Teleflex, Annacotty, Limerick, comprised of the construction of a new canteen facility and link corridor. We worked closely with our clients to complete the works while the plant was fully operational and delivered on their high standers of Health and Safety.
House Bar Limerick
MLC are delighted to have completed the refurbishment works at House Bar on Howley’s Quay. We wish them all the best with this thrilling new bar and have enjoyed working closely with them to create this chic and elegant space.
Barringtons Hospital
Complete fit out of new 14 bed long stay patient rooms. This was constructed & finished to the highest possible standards for patient comfort and safety.
New Orthapedic Theatre
This is a state of the art Laminer air flow theatre where MLC Ltd were involved in all aspects of the construction, including the design of practical completion of the project.
Working closely with all sub contractors & suppliers of highly specialised technical equipment and fixtures.
